In the program of the popular MS-40 polymers we have developed MS-40 Instant to meet the demands that it must go faster and faster. With an accelerated initial adhesion, it cures 4 mm in the first 24 hours (at 23 C and 50% RH).
The bar for the need for fixation, support and bracing has now been significantly raised. MS-40 Instant adheres to most materials without primers, can be welded and painted over wet on wet.
Can withstand up to 200°C for a short period when powder coated. The speed and initial strength make it one of the absolute best structural assembly adhesives in the construction and industrial sector.
